Tax Information Reporting Drupal Theme

Although this web site was a great place for people to sign up for tax information reporting advice, and get the latest news from the IRS, it was in need of a facelift. The old site had all the needed functionality, but it was pretty lackluster when it came to design and aesthetics. 

The client had a general mockup of what he wanted, and I took it from there. I added a bit more color to the design, and polished it up a bit. The result is quite a dramatic difference!
